Burch, Patrick “Pat” Marion, 72, Henderson, KY, October 4, 2015 - He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Phillips; two sons, Andrew Burch and Stewart Burch; a sister, Margaret Wurth; three brothers, Phillip Burch, Frank Burch, and James Burch; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  He was the son of Hampton and Victoria Burch and the grandson of Sam and Katie Burch and Matt and Emma Willett.


Willett, Father William “David”, 69, Fancy Farm, KY, April 20, 2016 - He is survived by his sisters Judy Johnson of DeMoines, IA, Mary Ann Volgelwede of Delaware and Carol Speed of Fancy Farm; his brothers Elton Willett of Memphis, TN, Joseph L. Willett of Fancy Farm and Kenneth Willett of Hoover, AL; several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph “Harold” and Mary Eula Willett; sisters, Marian Willett and Jean M. Willett.


Tharp, Jeffrey Dennis, 46, Fancy Farm, KY, April 22, 2016 - He is survived by his parents, Dennis and Peggy Wilson Tharp of Fancy Farm; one brother, Michael Tharp of Fancy Farm; one sister, Suzanne Tharp Irvan of Calvert City, one grandmother, Susan Tharp Crenshaw of Mayfield; and six nieces.   He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cloyd and Dorthy Wilson and Ira Tharp.

Willett, Alta Mae, 84, Fancy Farm, KY, May 28, 2016 - She is survived by her two sons, Eugene and Jimmy Willett, both of Fancy Farm; one sister, Betty Hayden of Fancy Farm; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Willett; one daughter, Kathy Marshall; one brother, one sister; and her parents, Norbert and Mertle O’Guinn Hobbs.


Sullivan, Teddy Paul, 73, Fancy Farm, KY, June 11, 2016 - He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Toon Sullivan; one son, Chad Sullivan of Fancy Farm; one daughter, Paula Spillman of Wingo; one sister, Jenny Westbrook of Mayfield; and two grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Betty Haley Sullivan.


Painter, Martin V., 81, Fancy Farm, KY, June 22, 2016 - He is survived by his wife, Wanda Hobbs Painter; four daughters, Kathy Goatley of Fancy Farm, Debbie Wilemon of Plantersville, MS, Lisa Walsh of Hickory, and Cindy Wilson of Wingo; two sons, Marty Painter of Hickory and Gary Painter of Paducah; one sister, Jimmie Lou Sasser of Chicago, IL; three brothers, Sammy, Donnie and Gary Painter, all of Fulton, MS; 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin Sr. and Estate Ewing Painter; one sister, Verda Godsey and one brother, Bobby Painter.


Rowe, Betty Sue, 78, Gulfport, MS (formerly of Fancy Farm, KY), July 16, 2016 - Survivors include her three sons, Randal E. Black of Mayfield, Jeff Black and Alan Black, both of Gulfport, MS; two daughters, Anita McManus of Symsonia and Bridgett Shupe of Long Beach, MS; three brothers, Gary Edwards, Ray Edwards and Ralph Edwards, all of Mayfield; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Rowe; parents Ollie and Beauton Grant Edwards; and three brothers, Larry Edwards, James Edwards and Roy Edwards.


Goatley, William “Paul”, 70, Wickliffe, KY, June 26, 2016 - Paul is survived by his wife Florence Roberts Goatley and three daughters, Paula Elder of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Sally Louis of Bloomsdale, MO, and Sue Ellen Dowdy of Barlow, KY; two sisters, Elizabeth Dowdy of Wickliffe and Paulie Gore of Mayfield, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Irene Ballard Goatley and Willie Goatley, and one sister, Evelyn Avey and one brother Billy Martin Goatley.


Phipps, James Thomas (Tommie), 88, Westmont, IL (formerly of Fancy Farm, KY), January 25, 2016 - Survivors included his wife, Julie Hollenbeck, who died June 2016, and his three sisters, Mary Elsie Nagle of Clenview, IL, Sister Lucille Phipps, SCN of Nazareth, KY, and Georgia Uyder of Northbrook, IL.  he was preceded in death by his parents Beulah Hobbs Phipps and John Walter Phipps, Sr. And his younger brother, John Walter Phipps, Jr.


Goatley, Algene, 77, Hickory, KY, November 28, 2016 - Survived by his wife, Mary Vernon Cash Goatley; three daughters, Donna Cope of Benton, Mary Ann Massey of West Paducah, and Sharon Hayden of Fancy Farm; two sons, Mark Goatley of Lowes and Glenn Goatley of Acworth, GA; one sister, Dot Ivy of Fancy Farm; one brother, Jimmy Goatley of Fancy Farm; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Mary Ruth Spalding Goatley; grandson, Justin Sanders; and two sisters, Martha Elliott and Betty Cash.

Hughes, Frances “Marilyn”, 77, Fancy Farm, KY, February 1, 2017 - She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Reeves, Cheryl Driscoll and Kim Toon of Fancy Farm; three sons, Dennis Driscoll of Paducah, KY, Bill Driscoll and Joey Driscoll, both of Fancy Farm; one brother, Donald Carrico.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Mary Ella Carrico; and two brothers, Richard Leon and Dennis Patrick Carrico.


Embry, Carole Cash, 74, Bowling Green, KY, June 22, 2017 - She is survived by her husband, Rod Embry; one daughter, Jennifer Irwin, and one son, Alex Embry; three brothers, Donald, David and Terry; and two sisters, Janet and Annette.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Edwin and Pauline Cash; brothers John Cash and Fred Cash.

Carrico, 90, Lorain, OH, August 14, 2017 - She is survived by her daughter, Diane Smith of Elyria; son, Dennis Kinzer of Lorain; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Rita Raley of Florence, KY, and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Anna E. Thompson Carrico; her husband, Nelson J. Kinzer; a granddaughter, Kimberly Fantozzi; a great-granddaughter, Amanda Krajanowski; sons, Ronald Kinzer and David Kinzer; brothers, Joseph Carrico, Leo Carrico; and sisters, Sr. Anna Rita, Mabel Thomas, Christine Wisher, Josetta Kennedy and Frances Suethotz.


Hayden, Robert E., 77, Mayfield, KY, August 28, 2017 - He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Judith Faulkner Hayden; one daughter, Laura Kimbler of Mayfield; two sons, Jon Hayden of Paducah and Will Hayden of Mayfield; two brothers, Harold Hayden and James “Bub” Hayden; one sister, Brenda Sheets; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Earline Hobbs Hayden, and his brother Clay Hayden.


Russelburg, Monica, 52, Fancy Farm, KY, September 8, 2017 - She is survived by her father, James Harold Russelburg of Fancy Farm.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice Kay Burgess Russelburg and a brother, Harold “Wayne” Russelburg.


Cash, Ella Mae, 97, Fancy Farm, KY, October 27, 2017 - She is survived by six daughters, Pat Malouf of Greenwood, MS, Theresa De Sensi of Louisville, KY, Carol Higdon and Marilyn King, both of Fancy Farm; Kitty Elliott of Mayfield and Mary Ellen Matthew of Collierville, TN; one son, Al Cash Jr., of Memphis, TN; 20 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, James Albert Cash; her parents, George and Nettie Bland Blandford; four sisters and six brothers.


Vermillion, Ronald Gordon, 85, Fancy Farm, KY, November 4, 2017 - He is survived by his wife, Gayle Vermillion; one son, Jim Vermillion of Mt. Eden, KY; four daughters, Pam Willett of Fancy Farm, Karen Willett of Newburgh, IN, Pat Babbish of Commerce, GA, and Jane Dias of Indianapolis, IN; one brother, Tom Vermillion of Fredericksburg,VA; one sister, Beverly Daughtery of Wheeling, WV; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John Austin and Nell Petras Vermillion; three brothers and one sister.

Burch-Cash; four brothers, Joseph, Justin, Albert and Charles Cash; four sisters, Martha and Mary Cash, Katheryn Vogelsang, Anna Rose Neel; one great-granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Johnson.


Puckett, Lula Belle (Baker), 96, Clinton, KY, December 13, 2017 - Surviving are two children, Johnny Puckett of Fancy Farm and Debra Parker of Clinton; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one -great-great-granddaughter.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, William Carl Puckett; two sons, Richard and Jerry Wayne Puckett; two brothers, Gilbert and Tom Baker; and two sisters, Betty Caldwell and Ruth Henrichon.  Her parents were John Roy Baker and Lucy Brinkley Baker.

Hayden, Ella Bee, 71, Mayfield, KY, December 25, 2017 - She is survived by her husband, Ronald Gene Hayden of Mayfield; two step-daughters, Tracy Mae Hayden of Clinton, TN and Robin Lucille Hayden of Martin, TN; two step-sons, Ronald Lee Hayden and Donald Gene Hayden, both of Union City, TN; one brother, Bruce Turner of Fancy Farm; four sisters, Ann Anderson of Clinton, KY; Louise Quillen of Arlington, Nancy Timmons of Mayfield and Sue Bowman of Draffenville; five step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.  She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Lloyd Turner, Edward Turner, Frank Turner; two sisters, Euple Lee and Lorene Courtney; her parents, Lloyd Chester and Bertie Mae Pittman Turner.
